The Safeguarding Lead will serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for Generation UK & Ireland during a 14-month maternity cover contract. This senior-level role involves managing complex safeguarding concerns, making high-stakes decisions, and maintaining rigorous compliance and documentation standards. The successful candidate will provide expert leadership, deliver training, and foster a strong culture of early reporting across a predominantly virtual environment.
