The IRL Technologist at the American Red Cross performs tests to determine donor-recipient compatibility, resolves compatibility issues, and provides consultation services. They conduct automated and manual blood tests, manages blood samples, and maintains reagent inventory. This role requires technical expertise and strong communication skills within a team-oriented environment.
