The Volunteer Engagement Specialist will implement and execute volunteer programs and services to further the engagement of volunteers. This role involves assisting with screenings, referrals, and placement of prospective volunteers, as well as providing support and guidance. The specialist will also contribute to volunteer engagement best practices and facilitate recognition efforts.
