The IRL Technologist II performs essential donor and patient testing to determine compatibility for blood transfusions. This role involves managing blood sample logistics, resolving complex serologic problems, and providing reference services to hospitals. The technologist also maintains laboratory inventory and assists team members with technical testing irregularities.
