This role supports the UNV Regional Office in Latin America and the Caribbean in identifying and mapping professional ecosystems and strategic dissemination channels for fundraising profiles, with a focus on UNICEF's needs. The selected individuals will map relevant actors, networks, and platforms in the fundraising sector, identify strategic dissemination channels, and support the promotion of a registration call for fundraising profiles. They will also systematize the collected information to strengthen talent attraction strategies and expand the pool of potential candidates.
University studies in Marketing, Communication, Administration, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields, Experience in research, actor mapping, professional ecosystem analysis, or recruitment, Knowledge or interest in fundraising, philanthropy, digital marketing, or resource mobilization (advantage), Research, organization, and information systematization skills, Proficiency in professional platforms, social networks, and digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn and spreadsheets), Good written communication skills and ability to work independently
