This role supports the UNV Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean in identifying and analyzing key talent acquisition and dissemination channels in the Southern Cone region (Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay). The selected individual will analyze where partners post vacancies and identify platforms used by in-demand professionals. The goal is to optimize vacancy dissemination strategies and expand the regional talent pool.
Experience in labor market research, Analysis of employment platforms, Actor mapping, Recruitment, Knowledge of the labor market in Southern Cone countries (advantage), Research, analysis, and information systematization skills, Proficiency in professional platforms, social media, and digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, spreadsheets), Strong written communication skills, Ability to work independently
