The UNV program is seeking a person to map local networks, organizations, and communication channels in Bolivia, focusing on rural areas and indigenous territories. The goal is to identify and analyze local community talent ecosystems to improve the recruitment of qualified candidates for territorial assignments. The selected individual will also help identify culturally relevant communication channels to facilitate the dissemination of opportunities.
