The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer will lead data-driven decision-making processes for Spark MicroGrants in Ghana. The role involves designing MEL frameworks, managing data collection from rural community projects, and building the capacity of implementing partners. The officer will ensure high-quality data analysis, timely reporting, and effective communication of program impacts to stakeholders.
