The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager in the DRC will lead the design and implementation of data systems, evaluation frameworks, and research activities to measure and improve VillageReach's programmatic impact. This role involves building the capacity of staff, collaborating with government stakeholders, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across health programs. The manager will synthesize complex data into actionable insights to strengthen primary health systems and ensure accountability to donors and partners.
