UNICEF Mexico is seeking a Nutrition Support Officer to contribute to the promotion of healthy environments and the prevention of overweight and obesity in school-aged children and adolescents. The role involves technical and operational support for advocacy, evidence generation, and the coordination of programs with government institutions and partner organizations. The selected individual will work under the supervision of the Nutrition Officer to implement interventions focused on nutrition policy, healthy food access, and regulatory frameworks.
Public health and nutrition project management, Evidence-based advocacy writing, Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, Policy analysis, Stakeholder engagement with government entities, Children's rights advocacy, Project monitoring and evaluation
Volunteer Living Allowance (VLA) for housing and living expenses, health, life, and permanent disability insurance, and coverage for travel and per diems for work-related activities.
