The Programme Officer (Education) will support the IOM Yemen mission by strengthening the capacity of the TVTC teaching workforce through expert technical guidance. The role involves conducting needs assessments, developing pedagogical training materials, and delivering capacity-building programs to improve instructional standards. The incumbent will also monitor implementation and provide comprehensive reporting on educational outcomes and teacher professional development.
