The Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Consultant will support the IDB's Transport Division in identifying and developing strategic partnerships to secure funding for sustainable transport projects. The role involves mapping stakeholders, drafting proposals for climate and infrastructure financing, and managing technical cooperation resources. Additionally, the consultant will act as the technical secretariat for the OPEC Project-Ready Facility and coordinate donor engagement efforts.
