The Prevention Consultant will join the Office of Ethics at the IDB to support the Declaration of Interest (DoI) and Conflict of Interest (CoI) programs. The role involves analyzing ethics cases, drafting responses to employee consultations, and supporting the implementation of the new Code of Ethics. Additionally, the consultant will conduct research on ethics policies, benchmark organizational practices, and assist in developing training and outreach materials.
