The People & Culture Officer provides technical, analytical, and advisory support to the implementation of the People & Culture workplan at UNICEF Pakistan. The role involves HR business partnering, data analytics, and policy interpretation to support workforce planning and organizational priorities. The incumbent will also contribute to learning and capacity development initiatives and help improve HR systems and processes.
