The Project Pipeline & Execution Consultant will be responsible for originating, shaping, and advancing a portfolio of market-ready projects under the ONE Caribbean Project Preparation Coordination Mechanism. The role involves proactive outreach to stakeholders, guiding project sponsors through eligibility requirements, and overseeing the transition of early-stage concepts into viable implementation plans. The consultant will coordinate closely with regional units and country offices to ensure alignment with national priorities and maintain structured project records to inform strategic decision-making.
