The Regional Volunteer Services Officer (RVSO) at the American Red Cross will oversee volunteer programs to ensure sufficient volunteer numbers and meet operational objectives. This role involves directing staff, implementing strategies, managing relationships, and ensuring outreach within the organization. The RVSO will lead multiple programs, provide guidance to volunteers, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
