Description

The Reporting Officer, reporting to the Programme Management Unit (PMU) Manager, is responsible for supporting reporting for Country Office activities, ensuring reports are based on accurate health data and evidence. This role involves developing and facilitating timely technical reporting on awards, reviewing donor proposals, and supporting programme planning and implementation. The officer will also support the documentation of success stories and the impact of delivered services.

Skills Required

Excellent drafting, formulation and reporting skills, Strong attention to detail and accuracy, Experience supporting the coordination or administration of programmes/projects related to health and sustainable development, Experience providing coordination and support functions in multi-stakeholder programmes or projects, Experience supporting monitoring and evaluation processes, Prior experience working with the United Nations, Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment, Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team, Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines, Communicating in a credible and effective manner, Fostering integration and teamwork, Producing results, Self-knowledge and management, Moving forward in a changing environment
