The Social Policy Officer will support UNICEF's Social Policy program in Ukraine, focusing on strengthening the capacity of local authorities in using Public Finance for Children (PF4C) and emergency preparedness. The role involves coordination, monitoring, analytical work, and training to improve the delivery of services for children and young people. The officer will contribute to policy alignment and operational effectiveness, ensuring strong technical linkages between field implementation and national-level social policy.
