The Senior Community Disaster Program Manager leads and supports teams of employees and volunteers to deliver disaster relief services within the Utah and Nevada region. This role focuses on building community preparedness, managing disaster response operations, and fostering strong volunteer engagement. The manager will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective disaster readiness and recovery efforts throughout the assigned geographic area.
